Abstract

The purpose of this research is todetermine and analyze the influence of Motivation on the employees productivity of sales division in Honda Union Motor Palembang. The data that used in this research is the primary data through distribution of the questionnaire directly to Honda Union Motor Palembang with population of 42 employees with census method with 42 employees mentioned as respondent. The method that used in this research is simple linear regression. The result in this research ismotivation have influenced on employees productivity positively and significantly.The researcher suggest to the next researcher to add other independent variable that not included in this research like education, training, performance appraisal, wage system, and job satisfaction.
