Abstract

Gofood is an online food delivery service from the Gojek application, which in the last 3 years has experienced a diminishing market share as a result of Gofood user loyalty is not maintained. This study has a purpose of perceiving Gofood user satisfaction as one of the elements that determine user loyalty, with the use of EUCS method to measure the effect of content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness variables on the satisfaction variable. This study was conducted by 370 students of Sriwijaya University’s Computer Science Faculty who have accessed Gofood. Based on the t-test, 4 independent variables namely content, format, ease of use, and timeliness have a significant impact on the satisfaction variable and it’s concluded that the users are satisfied with these 4 variables on Gofood services, whereas the accuracy variable has no significant impact on the satisfaction variable so it needs to be improved further. Based on the F-test, all independent variables concurrently have a significant impact on the satisfaction variable. According to the coefficient of determination test, the satisfaction variable can be described by all independent variables in this study at 52,1%, while the rest 47,9% was described by other independent variables out of this study.
