Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model tesfilit sebagai aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam mata kuliah kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode R & D ( Research and Depelopment) dari Borg & Gall yang merupakan penelitian yang menghasilkan produk dan menyempurnakan produk yang telah ada berupa aplikasi model tesfilit. Dari hasil penelitian ujicoba diperoleh hasil evaluasi ahm i materi yaitu 3.7 yang termasuk kategori sangat valid dan ahli media mendapatkan skor yaitu 3.7 yang termasuk kategori sangat valid. Hasil ujicoba skala kecil mendapatkan skor yaitu 4.57 yang termasuk katwgori sangat praktis. Hasil ujicoba skala besar mendapatkan skor yaitu 4.60 yang termasuk kategori sangat praktis. Hasil keefektifan produk mendapat nilai 4.9 yang termasuk kaategori sangat efektift. Hal ini artinya model tesfilit pada mata kuliah kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa dinyatakan valid setelah dilihat dari semua aspek.
