Abstract

ABSTRAK KARAKTERISTIK PASIEN CEDERA ACL YANG MENDAPATKAN TINDAKAN OPERATIF PADA KOMUNITAS ACL KOTA PALEMBANG PERIODE JUNI 2021-JUNI 2023 (Dhabid Fadhal Galfan, 14 Desember 2023) Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sriwijaya Latar Belakang: Cedera Anterior Krusiatum Ligamen (ACL) adalah salah salah satu cedera yang paling sering terjadi di daerah lutut. Faktor risiko yang mendasari terjadinya ACL mulai dari intrinsik dan ekstrinsik membuat cedera ini menjadi salah satu hal yang bisa terjadi ke siapa saja dari kalangan masyarakat manapun. Melihat hal ini, penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pasien cedera ACL yang mendapatkan tindakan operatif pada komunitas ACL Kota Palembang Periode Juni 2021-Juni 2023 Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif observasional dengan menggunakan data primer berupa hasil wawancara pasien cedera ACL yang mendapatkan tindakan operatif pada Komunitas ACL Kota Palembang. Hasil : Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan 54 pasien dengan karakteristik sosiodemografis Dalam penelitian cedera ligamen anterior cruciate (ACL) di Kota Palembang, kelompok usia 17-35 tahun mendominasi, mencapai 87,0%, dengan mayoritas pasien yang menjalani operasi adalah laki-laki (83,3%). Atlet, sebanyak 50,0%, menjadi kelompok mayoritas yang mengalami cedera ACL dan menjalani tindakan operatif. Kecelakaan olahraga memberikan kontribusi signifikan, mencapai 92,6%, sementara non-atlet rutin berolahraga mencapai 50,0% pasca operasi. Sepakbola menjadi olahraga paling umum yang diikuti pasien setelah tindakan operatif (55,6%), dengan lapangan rumput menjadi tempat cedera ACL terbanyak (55,6%). Onset cedera sering terjadi pada babak pertama (48,1%), dan cedera tipe kontak mendominasi (79,6%). sebagian besar subjek penelitian tidak menggunakan pelindung lutut saat terkena cedera (70,4%), dan sebanyak14,8% yang menggunakan alat yang memenuhi standar operasionalnya. Peregangan sebelum beraktivitas umum dilakukan pasien 93,6%), dan mayoritas menjawab operasi lebih dari 3 bulan setelah operasi (85,3%). Dari 54 subjek penelitian, 72,2% melaporkan melakukan latihan fisik rutin. Dari 54 pasien cedera ACL, 96,3% mengalami cedera sekali, sementara 3,7% mengalami cedera ACL dua kali. Kesimpulan: Pasien cedera ACL yang mendapatkan tindakan operatif pada komunitas ACL Kota Palembang memiliki karakteristik yang didominasi oleh usia muda mayoritas cedera disebabkan oleh kecelakaan olahraga dan olahraga sepakbola. Kata Kunci: Cedera ACL, Faktor risiko, Olahraga ABSTRACT CHARACTERISTICS OF ACL-INJURED PATIENTS UNDERGOING SURGICAL TREATMENT IN THE ACL COMMUNITY OF PALEMBANG CITY PERIOD JUNE 2021-JUNI 2023 (Dhabid Fadhal Galfan, December 14 2023) Sriwijaya University Faculty of Medicine Background: Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injury is one of the most common injuries in the knee area. The risk factors underlying the occurrence of ACL range from intrinsic to extrinsic, making this injury something that can happen to anyone from any level of society. Seeing this, the research aims to determine the characteristics of ACL injury patients after surgery in the ACL community of Palembang City for the period June 2021-June 2023 Method: This type of research is descriptive observational using primary data in the form of interviews with ACL injury patients after surgery in the ACL Community of Palembang City. Results: The results of this study showed that there were 54 patients with sociodemographic characteristics. In a study of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries in Palembang City, the age group 17-35 years dominated, reaching 87.0%, with the majority of patients undergoing surgery being male ( 83.3%). Athletes, as many as 50.0%, are the majority group who suffer ACL injuries and undergo surgery. Sports accidents contributed significantly, reaching 92.6%, while non-athletes regularly exercising reached 50.0% after surgery. Football was the most common sport in which patients participated after surgery (55.6%), with grass fields being the site of most ACL injuries (55,6%). Injury onset often occurred in the first half (48.1%), and contact type injuries predominated (79.6%). Most research subjects did not use knee protectors when injured (70.4%), and as many as 14.8% used equipment that met operational standards. Stretching before activities was commonly done by 93.6% of patients, and the majority responded to surgery more than 3 months after surgery (85.3%). Of the 54 research subjects, 72.2% reported doing regular physical exercise. Of the 54 ACL injury patients, 96.3% had the injury once, while 3.7% had the ACL injury twice. Conclusion: Post-operative ACL injury patients in the Palembang City ACL community have characteristics that are dominated by young people, the majority of injuries are caused by sports accidents and football.
