Abstract

Background: CSFP is defined as an angiographic findings which shows delayed opacification of contrast in distal coronary vessel in the absence of obstructive coronary artery disease. The occurrence of CSFP are often underrecognized, even though CSFP can be an early sign of coronary artery disease. Therefore, this research was conducted to acquire data on prevalence and characteristics of CSFP patients so that the patients and clinicians know the population at risk and can perform early detection of CSFP. Methods: The study is an observative descriptive study, using secondary data from medical records of CSFP patients in RSUD Siti Fatimah for the period January 1, 2020-June 30, 2023. Samples were taken using total sampling method, then processed using SPSS version 25 and WPS Spreadsheet. Result: This study found the prevalence of CSFP at RSUD Siti Fatimah was 3,92%. The largest age group was 56-65 years old (31,57%), most of the patients are females (57,89%), patients most BMI values are overweight with risks (30%) and obesity stage 2 (30%). The most common comorbidity was hypertension (68,42%). All patients (100%) came with chest pain on activity. Abnormal ECG was found in 88,89% patients. Slow flow was mostly found in the left anterior descending artery/LAD (94,73%). Conclusion: CSFP cases are mostly found in patients above 50 years old, most of them have high BMI, hypertension is the most frequent comorbid, most reported symptom is chest pain on activity, most patients have abnormal ECG, and the most affected coronary artery is the left anterior descending artery/LAD
