Abstract

Berdasarkan pembahasan yang penulis lakukan dalam praktek gadai kendaraan bermotor di PT Pegadaian (Persero) yang memungkinkan debitur hanya menyerahkan Buku Pemilik Kendaraan Bermotor (BPKB) sebagai jaminan tanpa disertai dengan penyerahan kendaraan bermotor secara nyata merupakan salah satu produk layanan dari PT Pegadaian (persero) bernama Kredit Angsuran Dengan Fidusia (Kreasi) yang pada praktek dan keberlakuannya dalam masyarakat dikenal dengan Gadai BPKB.
