Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komposisi komite audit, ukuran perusahaan, dan solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan audit delay sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan healthcare yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan selama 5 tahun berturut-turut sehingga total sebanyak 50 observasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa komposisi komite audit berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan audit delay, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan audit delay, solvabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap audit delay, audit delay tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, audit delay tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh komposisi komite audit, ukuran perusahaan, dan solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.
