Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui distribusi penyakit jamur akar putih {R. lignosus) di Kecamatan Jejawi Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survai dan pemetaan melalui Global Positioning System (GPS). Kecamatan Jejawi terletak antara 473610 sampai 492439 Bujur Timur (BT) dan 9660881 sampai 9642155 Lintang Selatan (LS) dengan iklim tropik basah dan topografi yang secara umum merupakan dataran rendah. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan mengamati gejala serangan R. lignosus pada tanaman karet dan mencatat menggunakan GPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam jenis klon karet yang terserang R. lignosus yaitu PB 260, GT 1, BPM 24, RRIC 100, 3 IN 1, dan KARET ALAM. Klon PB 260 merupakan klon yang paling rentan terhadap serangan R. lignosus. Persentase serangan berkisar antara 0,13% - 16,08% dan keparahan penyakit berkisar antara 0,06% - 9,44%. Distribusi R. lignosus terdapat di delapan desa yang terdiri dari 26 kebun petani dengan pola sebaran sporadik (80,77%) dan mengelompok (19,23%).
