Abstract

Shopping Center Of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Products is a place that planned to accommodate the commercial distribution of goods/services as a result of productive economic effort owned by individual and/or individual business that meel the criteria based on applicable ndes. The growing business of large entrepreneurs and the existence of ASEAN Economic Community can shut down local products as a result of creativity of micro, small and medium enlerprises in regencies/cities. Therefore, business development and enhancement of competitiveness of MSMEs business based on regional potential and market orientation a re needed. Padang, which is the Capital city of West Sumatra with various potentials used as the location of design. Shopping Center Of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Products of West Sumatera Planning and Design in Padang aims to realize shopping center of MSMEs products that have spa t ia l pattern i n accordance with the d i Vision of MSMEs group and the characteristics of MSMEs products, and combine the latest architecture and architectural character of West Sumatra. In realizing this, the Architectural Regionalism approach is adopted through its taxonomic synthesis which results in a unified architectural function behveen the old and the new, between regional and universal.
