Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui inang alternatif tiga jenis jamur Colletotrichum spp. pada beberapa spesies gulma. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen dengan tiga perlakuan dan tiga ulangan, masing-masing perlakuan terdiri dari 25 spesies gulma. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gulma yang telah diaplikasikan oleh tiga jenis jamur Colletotrichum spp terdapat sebelas gulma yang menjadi inang alternatif yaitu bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.), grintingan (Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers.), rumput knop (Cyperus kyllinga L.), rumput teki (Cyperus rotundus L.), ara sungsang (Asystasia gangetica (L.) T.Anders.), rumput teki (Cyperus compressus L.), jukut jajagoan leutik (Echinochloa colona L.Link.), sunduk gangsir (Digitaria ciliaris L.), rumput gajah (Pennisetum purpureum Schumacher.), rumput setawar (Borreria alata (Aubl.)), dan semanggi gunung (Oxalis corniculata L.)
