Abstract

Affiliate marketing is digital marketing where a person promotes a product through a special a special affiliate link or code. If a purchase or transaction is made through the affiliate link, then the affiliate marketer will receive a commission. Product promotion content has become one of the most popular and effective marketing methods in the digital world. popular and effective marketing method in the digital world. However, copyright infringement often occurs in the use of promotional content without the author's permission. This research aims to know and study the legal protection of creators of promotional content through the shopee affiliate program and efforts to resolve disputes between creators and parties who infringe copyright. dispute resolution efforts between creators and parties who violate copyright.
