Abstract

This studi aim to determine the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction in employees of CV Kurnia Agung Bandung Branch. The population in this study were all of the employees at CV Kurnia Agung Bandung Branch,amountung to 71 employees. Sampling in this study used saturated sampling method (census) where the entire population was used as a sample so the sample amounted to 71 employees. This study uses primary data obtained through quistionnaires. This reseacrh method uses simple liniear regression analysis and uses spss software.the result of this study show that work motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in employees of CV Kurnia Agung Bandung Branch.
