Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Azotobacter concentration as a mixture of liquid organic fertilizer on the recovery of rubber tree bark (Hevea brasiliensis) Var. PB 260. Experimental method with complete randomized design (RAL) consists of 5 treatments and 5 replications, the results of quantitative data were analyzed using one Way ANOVA test and BJND test, qualitative data were analyzed with descriptive. Treatment consisted of concentration of P0 (100%) POC + (0%) Azotobacter (control without Azotobacter), P1 (75%) POC + (25%) Azotobacter, P2 (50%) POC + (50%) Azotobacter, P3 (25%) POC + (75%) Azotobacter, P4 (0%) POC + (100%) Azotobacter (control without POC). The parameters observed were the time when signs of recovery appeared, the growth of the phloem layer and signs of recovery. The results showed that the treatment of P2 50% POC + 50% Azotobacter differ significantly on all parameters based on quantitative data time signs of recovery appear since 6 days after treatment and phloem layer growth of 0.76 mm. Based on qualitative data, the recovery area is brown-black, a large and even layer of nodules appears, there are cracks and black spots. Data from the study were contributed in the form of electronic learners worksheet (E-LKPD) on basic competence (KD) 3.1 analyzing the influence of internal factors and external factors on the growth and development of living things, on the learning of high school biology class XII semester odd.
