Abstract
Adolescence, marked by physical changes and attraction to the opposite sex, often faces sexual health issues due to insufficient information. This study evaluates the impact of education through the simulation game "BRAUNIS" on the knowledge and attitudes of high school students regarding sexuality. The research method employs a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design, where the intervention group uses "BRAUNIS," and the control group uses booklets. A sample of 40 respondents is selected through probability sampling with the proportion stratified random sampling technique. The research findings indicate a significant difference in knowledge between the intervention and control groups (p-value 0.000), as well as a significant change in attitudes (p-value 0.000) according to the Wilcoxon test. The independent t-test shows a significant influence of "BRAUNIS" and booklets on the knowledge of high school students (p-value 0.000). The Mann-Whitney test indicates a better influence on attitudes in the intervention group (p-value 0.001). "BRAUNIS" is recommended as an effective educational tool for sexual health in high school students.
