Abstract

This study aims to see the condition of the level of efficiency and the level of profit as well as the relationship between the level of efficiency and the level of profit in pempek MSMEs in Palembang City. The analysis method used is quantitative analysis with primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used correlation analysis. The results showed that the level of efficiency was positively related to the level of profit in pempek MSMEs in Bukit Kecil Sub-District, Palembang City. The profit obtained at Pempek MSMEs in Bukit Kecil Sub-District of Palembang City averaged 40 percent per month with an average profit of 32.33 million rupiah per month. The efficiency level of Pempek MSMEs in Bukit Kecil Sub-district of Palembang City averaged 3.58 per month with an average added value of 57.14 million rupiah.
