Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of financing to deposit ratio (FDR), non-performing financing (NPF), interest rates and bank size on sharia mortgage financing (case study of Indonesian and Malaysian sharia commercial banks 2015-2021). The data used in this research uses secondary data in the form of panel data for 2015-2021. This data was obtained from Word Bank, OJK and State Bank of Malaysia from 2015-2021. The analytical method used in this research is panel data regression. The results of this research show that the FDR and NPF variables have a positive and significant effect on sharia mortgage financing, the Interest Rate and Bank Size variables have a negative and significant effect on sharia mortgage financing.
