Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of profit sharing financing, initial capital, production costs and length of business on the income of MSMEs that borrow from Sharia Microfinance Institutions. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using Eviews 10. The population in this research is MSMEs who borrow from Sharia Microfinance Institutions at BMT Insan Mulia Palembang with a sample of 80 respondents. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data and the data collection method is questionnaire. The results of this research show that partially the variables of profit sharing financing, initial capital, production costs and length of business have a significant positive effect on the income of MSMEs that borrow from Sharia Microfinance Institutions. From the Determination Coefficient it is known that 25% of MSME income is influenced by profit sharing financing variables, initial capital, production costs and length of business while the remainder is influenced by other variables outside this research.
