Abstract

Digital Wallet is an electronic means that provides transaction services for storage, payment, installments and sending money electronically. Consumer satisfaction is very important in improving the services provided by business actors who offer their services. The sense of satisfaction felt by customers is the level of satisfaction, pleasure or satisfaction felt by customers after using a company's products or services. This research aims to measure the level of consumer satisfaction with the use of digital wallet applications using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method in the Dana applications. This method refers to an assessment approach or technique used to measure the extent to which users feel satisfied, comfortable and effective when using the information technology and computer systems provided to them. The research used questionnaire data with a total of 393 respondents. Based on the findings from the analysis of DANA application user satisfaction data using the EUCS method by distributing questionnaires to 393 respondents and processed using the SmartPLS 4.0 tool. Of the 5 hypotheses that were created, 5 hypotheses were accepted. The accepted hypotheses are, H1, H2, H3, H4 and H5. So it can be concluded that DANA application user satisfaction has a positive influence. This is caused by the correlation of each variable which is shown by the R-Square correlation value of 89.3% which states that it is strong, so it can be stated that attitudes towards use have a good influence on user satisfaction.
