Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the technical and financial feasibility of Stripper Harvester machine type SG 800 in the tidal wetland. The research was conducted in April to July in the village of Telang Sari, District of Tanjung Lago, Banyuasin, South Sumatra. This research was conducted in two stages, the first stage is the technical analysis that includes the forward speed of harvest, fiiel requirements, efFective working capacity of machines, engines theoretical work capacity, work efficiency and loss harvesting machine. The second stage is the stage of financial analysis include cost analysis, investment, and sensitivity analysis. The results showed that the efficiency of the appliance by 26,92% and the yield efficiency of 91,74%. Financially harvest Systems using stripper harvester machine SG 800 worth it for the effort. Feasibility analysis using criteria derived NPV investment of Rp. 99.218.112,91, B/C ratio of 3,76 while the BEP for the production price of Rp. 2905,20 / kg and BEP for the volume production of 3527,74 kg. The sensitivity analysis due to an increase in production costs by 10% and decreased benefits (revenues) of 10% indicates harvest system uses stripper harvester machine SG 800 worth it for cultivated.
