Abstract

This research aims to determine the calculation of Income Tax and find out the results of the tax review of Income Tax for Health Workers at L Clinic. The object of this research is L Clinic. This research uses secondary data. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis methods which aim to explain a phenomenon that occurs. The research results show that L Clinic does not yet have a corporate NPWP, it is still an individual company and uses Dr. YK so that Clinic L has not made Income Tax Article 25 payments because it is still a private company. With the Net Income Calculation Norms in accordance with PER-17/PJ/2015, it is found that in 2021, dr. YK has a tax debt of Rp. 11,475,000 and Rp. 78,662,500 in 2022.
