Abstract

Pabrik Asam Akrilat direncanakan berlokasi di daerah Kawasan Industri Medan, Sumatera Utara. Pabrik ini meliputi area seluas 10,8 Ha dengan kapasitas 145.000 Ton/Tahun. Proses pembuatan Asam Akrilat dilakukan dengan proses dehidrasi gliserol di dalam Reaktor-01 (R-01) pada temperatur 300°C dengan tekanan 2 atm pada fase gas dan proses oksidasi akrolein pada Reaktor-02 (R-02) pada temperatur 260°C dengan tekanan 2 atm pada fase gas. Pabrik ini akan didirikan perusahaan berbentuk perseroan terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line dan Staff , yang dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 120 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, maka Pabrik Pembuatan Ammonia layak didirikan dengan hasil analisa ekonomi sebagai berikut: a) Total Capital invesment (TCI) = US $ 367. 749.935,46 b) Total Production Cost (TPC) = US $ 1.627.459.235,19 c) Total Penjualan per Tahun (SP) = US $ 1.949.293.092,22 d) Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US $ 227.038.201,43 e) Pay Out time = 1,6 tahun f) Rate of return on investment = 61,26 % g) Discounted Cash Flow –ROR = 61,48 %% h) Break Even Point = 25 % i) Service Life = 11 tahun
