Abstract

ABSTRACT This thesis is entitled "Evidence of the Element of Willfulness (Dolus) in an Acquittal Verdict (Vrijspraak) for the Crime of Maltreatment (Case Study of Decision No. 50/Pid.B/2018/PN Mlg)": 50/Pid.B/2018/PN Mlg".
