Abstract

Transportation has an important role in serving the needs of urban communities. The longer, the type of transportation mode has progressed, one of them is the holding of new transportation modes in the form of Bus Rapid Transit which has an integrated system. This research was motivated by the presence of Trans Musi Rapid Transit Bus passengers at Sriwijaya University in Inderalaya, Ogan Ilir Regency, who complained about the lack of fleets and the lack of timeliness in service. This study aims to determine student satisfaction with the Quality of Service of Trans Musi Transportation Facilities for Students of Sriwijaya University, Ogan Ilir Regency, especially Students of the Inderalaya Domicile Campus, Palembang City. This research is descriptive quantitative research. This research was carried out with a technique that was hated by sampling. Samples taken were 100 respondents. This study uses the theory of service quality according to Parasuraman et.al with 5 dimensions, namely tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Data collection is taken by the method of distributing uestionnaires. This study used a questionnaire questionnaire with 100 respondents used to measure the Quality of Service of Trans Musi Transportation Facilities for Students of Sriwijaya University in Inderalaya, Ogan Ilir Regency. service recipients based on the dimensions studied.
