This research using compensation theory from Gary Dessler. This research method using quantitative research using questionnaires to 54 respondents and unstructured interview. In analyzing the data used descriptive analysis that contains itemdistribution of each variable, then a simple linear regression analysis and hypothesistesting. From the results of testing with simple linear regression and partial regression analysis showed a variable compensation (X) against work productivity employees (Y) is indicated by the value of the R Square i.e. of 0.213. This figure shows that the simultaneous compensation (X) variables used in the regression equation is contributing to employee work productivity (Y) 21.3% 78.7% while the rest is affected by other variables such as the leadership and others.
