Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) to provide description of the rubber marketing channels in Krani Jaya Village, (2) to analyze the profit margins of rubber in Krani Jaya Village, and (3) to analyze the efficiency in the rubber marketing channels in Krani Jaya Village. This research was conducted from October 2023 to November 2023 in Krani Jaya Village. The research method used was a survey method, and the sampling method employed was simple random sampling. The data collected in this study consisted of primary and secondary data. The results of this research are (1) there are two Marketing Channel Patterns used in Krani Jaya Village, namely Marketing Channel Pattern I, where farmers sell processed rubber materials to Village collectors, who then sell them to Wholesalers, and ultimately Wholesalers sell the processed rubber materials to factories. Marketing Channel Pattern II involves farmers selling processed rubber materials directly to Wholesalers, who then sell them to factories. (2) The average total margin received by Village Collectors and Wholesalers in Marketing Channel Pattern I is Rp 3,750/kg with a percentage of 44.08%. In Marketing Channel Pattern II, the average total margin received by Wholesalers is Rp 2,325/kg with a margin percentage of 24.41%. (3) Marketing Channel Pattern II is the most efficient marketing channel in Krani Jaya Village, with the lowest total marketing cost at Rp 1,488/kg, a farmer's share percentage of 75.58%, and a marketing profit of Rp 837/kg.
