Abstract

The focus of this study is to analyze administrasi of Air Terjun Bedegung Tourism Place in Tanjung Agung sub-district, Muara Enim Regency. This research is based on the collection of retribution for Air Terjun Bedegung which is not yet optimal. The purpose of this study is to analyze of Air Terjun Bedegung collection based on teory of local revenue by Devas, and also find out the factors that cause barriers to the collection process of the tourist place of the Air Terjun Bedegung in Muara Enim Regency. Methodology of this research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The type of data that is used is primary data and secondary data. In addition, technique for collecting the data is used through interview, literature review and observation. The result of this study suggest levied efforts by the Department of Youth and Sports to make additional facilities for Air Terjun Bedegung tourism facilities so that the expenditure will be covered by the levies collected from Air Terjun Bedegung in Muara Enim Regency. Based on the calculation of the Cost Efficiency Ratio (REBP) retribution in 2016 and 2017 is still below one hundred percent. The problem of Air Terjun Bedegung Tourism Place at Muara Enim is difference in entry rates with those written in Regional Regulations and there retribution collection are limited amount of facities. In addition the Author suggested Youth And Sports affairs of Muara Enim add and improve facilities and infrastructure damaged or lessre, and promote Air Terjun Bedegung tourism place through various media and and retribution officers to collect according to the rates stipulated in regional regulations.
