Abstract

Kebijakan Link and Match merupakan kebijakan yang dirumuskan oleh pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dengan tujuan untuk melakukan penyelarasan terhadap pembelajaran di satuan pendidikan kejuruan dengan kebutuhan Industri, Dunia Usaha, dan Dunia Kerja (IDUKA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses difusi inovasi kebijakan link and match antara SMK dengan IDUKA oleh Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Data diperoleh melalui proses wawancara mendalam, observasi non-partisipatif, dan studi literatur dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori difusi inovasi yang memiliki lima tahapan di dalamnya, yaitu pengetahuan, persuasi, keputusan, implementasi, dan konfirmasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses difusi inovasi kebijakan link and match oleh Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan telah terlaksana dengan baik. Meskipun terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu diperbaiki dalam penerapan kebijakan link and match, sejauh ini ditemukan penurunan pada angka Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) provinsi Sumatera Selatan pada kategori pendidikan terakhir yang ditamatkan, yaitu jenjang pendidikan SMK.
