Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of measuring the physical condition of soccer in Indralaya 1 Public Middle School students. This type of research is descriptive, using a quantitative approach using normality and percentage test data analysis. The population of this study were students of Indralaya 1 Public Middle School and the sample used was male students of Indralaya 1 Middle School totaling 30 people who were taken by total sampling. The instrument in this study was to use a test to measure the physical condition of soccer, namely to use tests for explosive power, endurance, speed, strength (arm and abdominal muscles), agility, and flexibility. The data analysis technique was processed using the Smirnov Kolmogorov normality test and the percentage using the Excel and SPSS 22 programs. Based on the analysis of the data, the results obtained from the physical test of football were included in the pretty good category with a result of 50.14%. With the results for the explosive power test that is 60%, endurance (bleef test) 60%, speed (40 m run) of 67%, strength (push ups and sit ups) 57%, agility 57%, and flexibility 50%. This means that for the measurement of the physical test of soccer, students of SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya have a fairly good physical condition. The application of this research is that physical alone is very supportive for daily activities, especially learning PJOK football game material.
