Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) Indentifing the orgamzation and the management of KUD Senuling Jaya (2) Indentifing the palm oil farmers participation of KUD Senuling Jaya (3) to calculate the income of palm oil Farmers and (4) to analyze the relationship between palm oil farmers participation with the farmer’s income in their farm enteiprises at Sugiwaras Village of Regency OKI. Approach used in this research use the method survey. The data was consist of primary and secondary data. Primary data was taken through observation, indepth study and direct interview with palm oil farmers KUD Senuling Jaya, while secondary data as taken ffom literature and Corporation which interrelated with this research. The result of this research showed that the organization management was in the good criteria which the division of labor, the organization of set and the activity of the report has been very good criteria but also meeting the organization of set has been good criteria. Managing management is in the not good criteria, which the meeting and administration equipment has been not good criteria, the cooperation has been good criteria otherwise the means was very good criteria. The farmers participation in KUD Senuling Jaya was in the medium criteria. The income of palm il farmers enterprise is Rp. 11.489.261,04 per hektar per year. From the spearman correlation test with the income, rs calculate = 0,87 and rs table oc 0,05 (30) = 0,306. the decision is rs calculate > rs table. This statement show that there in correlation between palm oil farmers participation with The Income of Palm Oil Farmers Enterprise at Sugi waras Village of Regency OKI. i
