Abstract

The current technological advancements have encompassed various areas, including digital entertainment. Digital entertainment, particularly video games and streaming videos, is utilized by developers on these digital entertainment platforms to add top-up features for users to enjoy additional functionalities. The itemku Lite application is one such marketplace focusing on digital entertainment media. According to the Google Play Store ratings, itemku Lite app has a rating of 4.1, which is relatively low compared to applications with a similar focus on products and services. The goal of this research is to evaluate the UX of the itemku Lite application using the UEQ. The research findings indicate an overall positive evaluation across all UEQ scales, with the efficiency scale having the lowest mean, and the perspicuity scale having the lowest grade, which is above average. It is recommended for the itemku marketplace to continue maintaining all existing UEQ scales and continually innovating the itemku Lite application.
