Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) to know the feasibility aspect of mango and citrus seedling business in Arisan Gading Village, South Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. (2) to analyze the financial feasibility of mango and citrus seedlings in Arisan Gading Village, South Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency (3) to analyze the most sensitive factors to the financial feasibility of mango and citrus seedlings in the village of Arisan Gading Kecamatan South Indralaya Ogan Ilir District. The method used in this research is the survey method and the sampling method used in this study is the census method, where all the existing population is taken in accordance with the criteria. The census method is a collection method that takes all the elements of the population investigated one by one. This research was conducted in Arisan Gading Village, South Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Data collection was conducted in November 2017. The research results show that the aspect of the feasibility of mango and citrus seedling business in Arisan Gading village is by way of mangrove and orange breeding business conducted by breeder farmer with temporary grafting method for mango and citrus breeding nursery in Arisan Gading Village sells the seedlings directly to the consumers. come directly and there are also seeds sold to collecting traders who come from the village of Sukaraja. Mango and citrus breeding business conducted by farmer breeder in Arisan Village financially mango and orange nursery business with a period of 5 years, it is feasible to cultivate where the resulting NPV is positive, for NPV to be cultivated where; for NPV Rp 172.284.310, IRR 88 percent, Gross B / C 2,2, Net B / C 5,9, BEP units of 1,593 polybag and BEP Rupiah of 7,967,418 for mango breeding while for BEP the orange unit is 8,209 polybag and BEP Rupiah of Rp. 38.633.667. The most sensitive factor to the financial feasibility level of mango seedling business from input and output side is the description of operational cost and the decrease of the amount of seed production with tolerance limit of 45 percent while for orange breeding business the most sensitive factor is from the input and output aspect namely the operational cost and decrease the number of seed production with a tolerance limit of 88 percen
