Abstract
This research was done at the Bacteriology and Fitopatology Laboratory, of Pest Departement and Disease Plant, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya ffom April to July 2012. The objectives of this research was to evalute effect of various of host media, potential hydrogen, fungicide concentration in development of G. boninense. This research used the Complete Random Program (RAL) with 6 treatments and 4 repetitions. There are three the testing which was done (testing of host media, pFI and fungicide concentration of triadimefon). The testing of media for every treatment consist of powder of palm oil media, powder of coconut media, powder of acacia media, powder of cacao media, powder of com median and PDA (control). The testing of potential hydrogen for every treatment consist of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. The testing fungicide concentration for every treatment consist of 22.500 ppm, 20.000 ppm, 17.500 ppm, 15.000 ppm, 12.500 ppm and without using treatment (control). The result of this research showed that for testing media treatment, G. boninense could developt well on powder palm oil media if compared with the other treatments. The catagory of its colonies for every treatment are the same. G. boninense could also grow well on the powder of com media. At the testing of potential hydrogen, G. boninense could grow well on 5 and 6 and did not significantly when the potential of hydrogen approaches basa or asam. The testing of fungicide concentration of triadimefon for G. boninense development could be obstructed by the lowest concentration about 12.500 ppm. This testing fungicide concentration by In Vitro method proved and concluded that the capacity of triadimefon is good enough into obstructing of G. boninense development.
