Abstract

Coal Crushing Plant (CCP) merupakan unit pengolahan yang meremuk ukuran batubara dari stock Run Of Mine (ROM) diumpan dengan pengumpan menggunakan alat muat wheel loader CAT 966G kerangkaian alat crusher melalui grizzly dan hopper (<400mm), belt conveyor 1, batubara undersize (-80mm) yang lolos dari vibrating screen diangkut melalui belt conveyor 2, kemudaian batubara yang overzize (+80mm) langsung di remuk dengan double roli crusher, dan ditampung ke belt conveyor 2 lagi kemudian dimuat dan diangkut ke belt conveyor 3, lalu di tampung pada daerah crushed coal stockpile. Pada tahun 2013 PT. Servo Mining Contractor merencanakan meningkatkan produktifitas Coal Crushing Plant dengan target 350 ton per jam, maka dilakukan evaluasi kinerja Coal Crushing Plant tahun 2012 dengan target 250ton per jam dengan menilai dari produktifitas teoritis dan aktual serta efektifitasnya. Dari penilaian tersebut dapat ditingkatkan parameter kapasitas produksi coal crushing plant melalui laju pengumpan (feeding rate) wheel loader CAT 966G pada radius 15m, 25m, 30m dan mengoptimalkan efektifitas dan efisiensi ketersediaan coal crushing plant agar dapat memenuhi target produksi tahun 2013 sebesar 350 ton per jam. Setelah dilakukan trial radius pengumpan wheel loader CAT 966G alat maka didapat radius yang memenuhi rencana target produksi tahun 2013 pada radius 15m dengan produksi 362.89 ton per jam dengan nilai actual pengumpan wheel loader CAT 966G 361,009 ton per jam, BC 1 sebesar 361,009 ton per jam, BC 2 sebesarl51,294 ton per jam, double roli crusher sebesar205,979 ton per jam dan BC 3 sebesar 357,273 ton per jam.
