Abstract

The aim of this research was to study The Effect of fermented cassava peel in quail’s ratio to its performance. It was hela for 3 month from February to April 2009. this research was held on experi.nental yard of animal nutrition and feed, University of Sriwijaya. Four treatment and 5 replication (PO - control, Pl- 10% of fermented cassava peel, P2-20% of fermented cassava peel and P3-30% of fermented cassava peel) in completely randomized designed were used on this research. Observed parameters were consumption, daily gain and feed conversion The result shows that fermented cassava peel on ratio give no significant effect on ratio’s consumption (P>0,05). However, it gives significant effect (P<0,05) on daily gain (20,02 g/head/week) and feed conversion 0,932
