Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kecernaan silase pelepah Vit secara in vitro. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2010 di secara laboratorium Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Wijaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri 'i 4 (empat) perlakuan dan 3 (tiga) ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu : pelepah sawit (P0), pelepah sawit ditambah EM-4 6% berat sampel (Pl), pelepah vit ditambah EM-4 8% berat sampel (P2), Pelepah sawit ditambah EM-4 10% mt sampel (P3). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penambahan Efective organisme-4 (EM-4) sampai taraf 10 % pada proses silase pelepah sawit tidak pengaruh nyata terhadap kecernaan secara in vitro Kata kunci : pelepah sawit,in vitro, kecernaan silase
