Abstract

Sexual abuse for children is a form of child torture where adults or teenagers use children for sexsual stimulation. When referring to the age limit for children according to Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection (UUPA), it states, " A child is someone who is not yet 18 (eighteen) years old, including children who are still in the womb. So this raises a problem for the researchers of this thesis as follows: 1) Is Decision No. 25 / Pid.sus-Anak/ 2020/Pn. Palembang Has Accommodated the Best Proctection for children of victims of crimes of sexsual violence using deseption?, 2) What is the concept of arrangements that provide principles of protection for children of victims of crimes of sexsual violence ucing deception? The research method is used by researcher was normative legal resereach. From the results of this research, the following conclusions were obtauned: 1) not fully yer accommodating because the jugde gave hik 4 years in prison at LPKA class 1 Palembang and a fine of IDR 500,00,000 (five Hundred Million Rupiah) if not paid, replaced by carrying out work trainning at the LPKA for 1 (one) month. 2) there are only 4 articles in each of the 4 laws that discuss rehabilitation to provide proctection for children who have experienced sexsual violence, but they do not khow whether the rehabilitation process is still necessary or not for vistims.
