Abstract

Peran Arbitrase di dalam menyelesaikan sengketa bisnis nasional maupun internasional dewasa ini menjadi semakin meningkat diliht dari banyaknya kontrak dagang atau bisnis internasional yg parak pihaknya menuangkan klausul arbitrse dalam kontrak mereka hal tersebut dikarenakan arbitrse diangap sebagai ekeftif dan efisien kerahasian parak pihak terjamin parak pihak dapat memilih arbiter yang menurut keyakinan mempunyi pengetahuan pengalaman serta latar belakang yg cukup mengenai masalah yang di sengketakan jujur adil dan putusan arbiter merupakan putusan yg mengikat para pihak yg bersifat final an binding namun para prakteknya putusan badan arbitre nasional indonesia yg bersifat internasional sulit dilakukan eksekusi oleh karenan itu menarik untuk di kaji dalam bentuk penelitian tesis yg berjudul PELAKSANAAN PUTUSAN BADAN ARBITRASE NASIONAL INDONESIA YANG BERSIFAT INTERNASIONAL (ANALISIS PUTUSAN BADAN ARBITRASE NASIONAL INDONESIA NOMOR : /VIII/ARB-BANI/2014)
