Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan PT Bersama Makmur Raharja Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT Bersama Makmur Raharja Padang dengan populasi sebanyak 111 responden dan jumlah sampel menggunakan semua karyawan dalam populasi yang berjumlah 111 responden. Sumber data penelitian adalah data primer dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui offline. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh disiplin kerja.
