Abstract

The objective of this research was to evaluate the performance of growth and paddy gogo yield at the different planting system. This research was conducted from February to April 2008 in Payaraman, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The research used abservation method, the data was analysed t-test. The treatments were P0 (paddy gogo monoculture without manure), P1 (paddy gogo monoculture with NPK), P2 (paddy gogo polyculture with rubber of without manure), P3 (paddy gogo with rubber polyculture applied NPK), and P4 (paddy gogo with rubber polyculture applied by dolomite). The result showed that growth and yield of paddy gogo at local varieties “Semi-Bringkil” that planted with many planting system significantly differences between monoculture system without manure, manoculture with NPK, rubber policulture without manure, rubber policulture applied NPK and rubber policulture applied dolomite. P1 treatment (paddy gogo monoculture applied NPK mixed that Urea, Sp36 and KC120 kg per ha) produced the highest result is 1653,3 g per square.
