Abstract
The aim of this research is to get the great combination with the use of liquid organic fertilizer and NPK compound can give highest latex production. The Research was conducted at experimental farming of Agriculture Faculty Sriwijaya University at Gelumbang, Muara Enim, South Sumatera, from April up to August 2007. The research was arranged in a Randomized BIock Design (RBD) as factorial design with six combinations of treatment and three replications. The first factor was liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) Tani Plus in three levels : 0 ppm, 10 ppm, 20 ppm. The second factors was NPK compound in two levels : 0 g and 200 g. The research showed that 20 ppm LOF and 200 g NPK for three tree rubber clone PR 255 was the highest treatment on latex yield, dry rubber content and dry rubber weight. The observation until four month had not gave time enough result of time for girth increments monitoring yet.
