Abstract

PT. Agincourt Resources is one of the private mining company with minerals in the form of gold ore in South Tapanuli of North Sumatera Province, which has been operational since the year 2012 with licences covering 1639 Ha. The mining system that implemented is a system of mine open with open pit mining method in the conventional combination of excavator backhoe-dumptruck (CAT 385, CAT 740). Plan production by 2015 of 11.9 million tonnes or 4.7 million bcm. Productivity excavator CAT 385 theoretically to eveiy materially different For ore material as for the production was 333 bcm/hour, mineral waste material for production is 330 bcm/hour whilw productivity to material waste is 358 bcm/hour. Determination of plan forecast requirement of appliance of dig-load appliance and transport pursuant to appliance type which have been realized by in field by process data in the form of time cycle in field to get appliance productivity of dig-load appliance and transport Worked over by last of data of working hours is 1302 minute/hour or 21,7 hour/day in March at intake of waste, mineral waste dan ore and data of physical avaibility of each appliance is so that got by production of is each appliance of dig -load and transport. Afterwards, produce the each heavy equipment which have been got to be to be accomodated to result of waste, mineral waste and ore of technical device. The actual productivity of mineral ore and waste material is of 280 bcm/hour and 284 bcm/hour does not meet or achieve the planned target of 290 bcm/hour. After evaluation of the results obtained that excavators productivity excavator CAT 385 for ore material is 341 bcm/hour with a mechanical tool support quantity is 1 units the appliance dig load and transport tool unit 7, for mineral waste material by 338 bcm/hour with a mechanical tool support quantity is 1 unit the appliance dig load and transport tool unit is 11, and for waste material by 367 bcm/hour with a mechanical tool support quantity is 1 unit the appliance dig load and transport tool unit is 11.
