Abstract
HAFIZ ISLAMI. The Effect Of Some Fungicides Active Ingredients on Anthracnose Pathogen Colletotrichum spp. In Vitro (Supervised by HARMAN HAMIDSON). Red chili (Capsicum annum L.) is an important vegetable in everyday life for the people of Indonesia. Productivity chili in Indonesia generally still belongs to a low of around 8.35 tons ha-1, whereas the yield potential can reach about 20 ton ha-1. One of the factors that affect the low crop productivity is a anthracnose pathogen. Anthracnose pathogen s caused by Colletotrichum spp. anthracnose pathogen is generally controlled with synthetic fungicide applications. This research aims to know the type of material akitf fungicide is able to inhibit the growth of mycelium Colletotrichum spp. in in vitro. The research was carried out in the laboratory of plant pathology, Department of Plant Pests and diseases, Faculty of Agriculture University of Sriwijaya. This study used a Randomized Factorial Design Complete consisting of 21 combination treatment is repeated 3 times. The main factor is the type of Colletotrichum spp. the second Factor is the type of fungicide active ingredients. The results showed that some type of fungicide active ingredients capable of suppressing colony diameter and number of spores of Colletotrichum spp. the most excellent Treatment in inhibiting the growth of the fungus Colletotrichum spp. Is Azoxistrobin and treatment Difenokonazol about 0.6722 cm with emphasis around 77.52%.
