Abstract

Salah satu elemen struktural yang didesain tahan terhadap gempa adalah join balok-kolom. Zona join tersebut merupakan daerah responsif terhadap distribusi beban gempa, sehingga desain yang tepat adalah harus memenuhi kriteria seismik. Kesulitan pemadatan beton konvensional akibat kerapatan tulangan dapat diatasi dengan material self compacting concrete. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja join balok-kolom self compacting concrete dengan variasi dimensi tube akibat beban siklik. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan ANSYS yang berbasis metode elemen hingga (finite element method). Output analisis berupa kurva histeresis, story drift maksimum, kontur tegangan, daktilitas, kekakuan dan kekuatan struktur, serta disipasi energi kumulatif. Kinerja join balok-kolom dengan panjang tube 700 mm dibandingkan dengan kinerja join balok-kolom menggunakan variasi dimensi tube dan material properties beton SCC. Nilai daktilitas terendah sebesar 2,668 dicapai oleh join balok-kolom J1 karena mengalami leleh struktur lebih lambat. Join balok-kolom J3 memiliki kurva kekakuan paling pendek karena hanya mampu mencapai drift ratio 3% pada arah dorong dan 2% pada arah tarik. Join balok-kolom J1 mengalami disipasi energi kumulatif paling besar dikarenakan mampu mencapai drift ratio paling tinggi, yaitu sebesar 4,5% untuk arah dorong dan tarik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi dimensi tube mempengaruhi kinerja struktur dalam menahan beban siklik.
