Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Proses Pembinaan Pada Korban Pengguna Narkoba (Studi Kasus Panti Rehabilitasi Institusi Penerimaan Wajib Lapor Sriwijaya) Kabupaten Ogan Ilir”. Tujuan penelitian ini, supaya pengguna tidak menggunakan narkoba lagi serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembinaan oleh panti pada korban pengguna narkoba dipanti rehabilitasi Institusi Penerimaan Wajib Lapor Sriwijaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian adalah pembina dan konselor di Panti Rehabilitasi Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa pembinaan yang dilakukan di panti Institusi Penerimaan Wajib Lapor menggunakan metode therapeutic comminty dengan 4 struktur program dan 5 pilar. Maka dapat disimpulka bahwa pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh pihak panti rehabilitasi Institusi Penerimaan Wajib Lapor Sriwijaya dengan cara pendekatan antara Pembina staf konselor dengan korban pengguna narkoba.
