Abstract

Sumur R-28 berproduksi pertama kali pada Februari 2001 sampai Juli 2002. Sumur ini ditutup selama 2 tahun dan pada Desember 2004 dilakukan stimulasi untuk mengangkat sisa cadangan minyak. Seiring berjalannya waktu sumur ini mengalami penurunan produksi dikarenakan porositas dan permeabilitas yang kecil (tight) maka dilakukan hydraulic fracturing. PT. Pertamina EP Field Pendopo telah melakukan hydraulic fracturing pada Mei sampai Agustus 2012. Hasil evaluasi metode decline curve didapat jenis kurva exponential decline. Dari kurva exponential decline didapat remaining reserves sebesar 54.396,93 STB; ultimate recovery sebesar 237.178,93 STB; recovery factor 18,45%; dan sisa umur produksi sampai economic limit selama 2 tahun 7 bulan. Kajian keekonomian dengan total investasi US$ 1.637.829,75, biaya operasi produksi US$ 16,73/bbl, harga minyak US$ 70/bbl, government tax 40,5%. Hasil perhitungan didapat: NPV(i=I2%) = US$ 762.598,60; ROR = 46,01 %; PIR = 1,75 %; POT = 0,92 tahun. Dari nilai-nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa proyek hydraulic fracturing bernilai ekonomis.
