Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap turnover intention karyawan Bank Sumsel Babel Kantor Pusat, (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan Bank Sumsel Babel Kantor Pusat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap Karyawan Bank Sumsel Babel Kantor Pusat dengan menggunakan metode Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 responden pada setiap divisi yang mewakili total populasi 3.362. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis linear berganda dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menunjukkan hasil bahwa secara parsial kompensasi finansial dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan Bank Sumsel Babel Kantor Pusat.
