Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of institutional logic, key performance indicators, and budget participation on institutional performance. Neo Institutional Theory in the study of institutions and organizations underlies this research by theoretically explaining how institutions are formed, changed and maintained in society. The sampling method for this research is purposive sampling where samples taken are related to institutional performance measurements so that a sample of 237 employees at Sriwijaya University is obtained. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The tests carried out were validity test, reliability test, t significance test, R-Square test and Model Fit Test. The research results show that institutional logic, key performance indicators and budget participation have a positive effect on institutional performance
