Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on the quality of public services at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Service. The organizational culture theory used is Denison's theory, namely involvement, consistency, adaptation, mission, while for service quality, Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry's theory is used, namely direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. This research is included in the type of quantitative research using simple linear regression analysis methods, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this research show that partially, organizational culture has an effect on the quality of public services at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Service.
