Abstract

Survei ini dilakukan di sawah rawa pasang surut Desa Mulya Sari Kecamatan Tanjung Lago Banyuasin mulai bulan Februari—Maret 2013. Serangga Mandibulata merupakan hama utama tanaman padi ratun. Pengambilan sampel Serangga mandibulata dan serangga predator menggunakan perangkap jaring dan perangkap lubang. Total populasi hama mandibulata tidak beda nyata antara Varietas Ciherang dan Inpara (P < 0,05). Kelimpahan relatif serangga predator aktif pada tajuk padi tertinggi adalah family Coccinelidae yaitu 100 % terdapat pada Varietas Ciherang dan Inpara. Kelimpahan relatif serangga predator pada permukaan tanah tertinggi adalah family Formichidae 81,58 % pada Varietas Inpara. Indeks Keanekaragaman tertinggi (H') 1,13 pada tajuk tanaman padi terdapat pada Varietas Inpara dan indeks Keanekaragaman tertinggi (H') 1,47 pada permukaan tanah terdapat pada Varietas Ciherang.
