Abstract

Protection for labor is a very basic requirement, therefore the government of Indonesia established BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. But many of the listed company negligent in payment of the dues that piled into the list of accounts receivable. Efforts are being made to address the problems of accounts receivable that the participants contributions is urgenly needed from the importance of the role of the employer and employees work. This research aims to analyze the performance of the employees of the BPJS Ketengakerjaan branch of Palembang and employer contribution in addressing the participants accounts receivables of the wage that is seen from three factors, such as individual, group, and the environment of the organization. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. The data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review of 8 informants. Data processing is done by analyzing content descriptions. The results showed that the ability of the officers of the BPJS Palembang branch Employment is quite good but the system for recording and reporting is still poor and there is no specific task description of the Division, while the company's in debt have a desire to pay the dues (Willingness To Pay) but yet they still don’t have the ability to pay, also there is no optimal ways on reporting to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan , and there is no special policy for company that has a receiveable account debt dues yet. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan has a great performance on their effort to solve this problem, meanwhile the employer efforts in this problem is not optimal enough. The solutions that can be applied on the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Palembang is having a registered company data update and improve record-keeping and reporting systems. Whereas for the employer is doing routine reporting to the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch of Palembang.
